The Minnesota State Referee Committee announces several staffing changes to the committee effective July 1st, 2023.
Troy Cohrs is now the State Referee Administrator, Brian Koehler is now the State Director of Referee Instruction, and Mark Kelley is the new State Youth Referee Administrator.
Departed committee members include Paula Hildman, Bob Petersen, Doug Marshak, and Jon Cooksey. The SRC thanks these four individuals for their years of service and commitment to referee development and advancement in Minnesota!
