The Minnesota Soccer Referee Committee (SRC) is excited to announce the appointment of two new board members. Wayne Lemens will serve as the new State Director of Instruction (SDI). With extensive experience as a mentor, Wayne's passion and expertise will be invaluable as the SRC continues to advance its mission.

Additionally, we welcome Brianna Pensini as the new State Director of Assignment. Brianna brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the board, and we look forward to her leadership in further strengthening the soccer referee program in Minnesota.

As we move forward, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Jim Engelking for his 13 years of dedicated service as the State Director of Assignment. His leadership and commitment have been vital to the growth of the program.

We also wish to thank Brian Kohler for his significant contributions in reshaping the role of SDI. His efforts in overhauling the first-year referee training systems have left a lasting impact on the development of new referees.

The Minnesota SRC remains committed to its mission and welcomes all who are eager to contribute to the growth and success of soccer referees across the state.

After the one-dollar-flow revamp, the central question became what tactics still work. Three responses emerged: a side-by-side comparison of July's approaches, a full testing methodology built around cost-per-result targets, and a blunt admission that the real bottleneck is missing creative, resources, or budget. The digest also collects posts showing bid values too low to spend, budgets that collapse when scaled, and links that never reach the landing page. This post-shift tactic comparison organizes those threads by topic for easier review.
